Do I have to get initials on the watch?
Definitely not. We are the only company world-wide, offering free initial embossing on watches, but this doesn’t mean you have to do it! Our watches are a statement on their own - you do you boo.
Can I choose where I want my initials embossed?
Due to the size of the watch straps, we have specifically chosen the perfect spots for embossing. These spots may vary, depending on which collection you are purchasing. All embossing options will appear, prior to purchasing, to ensure you know where the initials will be placed.
Can I get more than 2 letters embossed on the strap?
Our ability to add additional letters will vary depending on the watch you are looking to purchase. To enquire about adding an additional letter, please use the contact us page and we will speak with you directly.
How should I care for my leather strap?
All of our straps are genuine leather and we do not use any products to hide the natural marks on the products. Some scratches or marks may be visible because of this, particularly on lighter toned leathers - but this is completely normal and should not be seen as a defect. To best preserve your strap, we recommend avoiding coming into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes or cosmetics as this will directly impact the lifespan of the item.
Are the watches waterproof?
Long story short, No. Don’t go swimming with your watch on.
All of our watches are at least 3ATM, which allows for resistance against high humidity and any Light rain, however we strongly recommend keeping your watch dry as best as you can to ensure it’s lifespan.

Duties & Taxes:
Please be aware duties and taxes is something that is outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. In most cases our products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. If you're concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charges at your end.
How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, because all of our items are custom embossed to order, they are not exchangeable, please choose carefully. If you have just placed an order, and it hasn’t been started, we may be able to catch it, please use the contact us form for this.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the custom nature of our watches, we are not able to refund any embossed watches for change of mind. If the watch has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can get it replaced for you.
All shipping and handling costs will be refunded in the case of manufacturing faults.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, we whole heartedly back our products. If you have any issues or concerns with your item, please contact us either via the contact us form or directly on email@example.com and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Please note, Warranty claims require a proof of purchase, including watches that have been gifted.
Once we have accessed the item, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty will cover the watch movement, hands, and dial. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note, warranty doesn’t cover:
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents including scratching, bouncing, falling, or normal wear and tear.
- Defects of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture. The Original Time Teller is 5ATM, and The Classic is 3ATM which means they can only be subjected to light splashes/moisture. We advise against wearing the watch during activities such as showering and swimming, during which the watch can be exposed to more than minor splashes.
